Both at  Primary health care centers and Hospital trueta you should make the request to the Admission Unit there will give you a form to request that must be filled. There also will indicate when you should collect the medical duplicates. Always be delivered to holders of the documents unless is a signed authorization of the holder so that someone else pick it up.

These duplicates are free of charge as long at its purpose to respond to public assistence care and is accredited with a request from the doctor. If requested by a private health care or other individual questions,duplicates have to be payed according to official prices.
